- Take 5 minutes before every task to decide what outcome you want to achieve.
- Put up a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign when you have to get work done.
- Don’t answer the phone just because it’s ringing or answer emails just because they arrive in your in-box.
- Block out Facebook and other social media during your productive time.
- Remember that it’s normally impossible to get absolutely everything done but 80% of your results will come from the best 20% of your efforts.
